Whenever possible we can provide 30 min pre-access at the flat fee of $300. This may be on the day of your charter or prior, at selected locations based on availability and the captain`s discretion. Additionally, a drinks drop off can be requested for a flat fee of $100 based on availability, the drop off location is home berth marina of the vessel that the charter will be carried out on. A maximum of 1-hour time window is given for this drop off and is based on availability (please note direct Dan Murphy’s, Jimmy brings, etc. drinks drop offs will still be given a maximum of 1h window only and will still incur a $100 fee. These have to be arranged with the crew as well as the booking agent. Please be advised that you or your agents (caterers, decorators, DJs, etc.) are unable to travel with the vessel from the pre-access to the pickup location and will disembark with everyone else at the conclusion of the charter. Once booked, the pre-access time and location will require a minimum of 24h notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper such notice will result in the forfeit of the $300 pre- access fee or the $100 drinks drop off fee.

Yes, however all alcoholic beverages will be handled and served by the crew. All alcoholic drinks will be served from the bar. Customers cannot serve themselves as per RSA regulations. Please be advised that red wine is not allowed on the vessel.

2 bags provided for all BYO charters. Ensuring your BYO drinks are cold when delivering to the vessel will help ensure the 2 bags of ice are sufficient. Extra ice can be organised if ordered prior to the charter

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own DJ with their own equipment. TV is also available onboard for additional Multimedia files but you need to bring your own HDMI cable and laptop.
