General BYO Food Information
Full galley, full bar area. rear deck can be enclosed and massive saloon so good in all weather.
Please ensure there is substantial food available to abide by the responsible service of alcohol.
BBQ and utensils are provided and the skipper will cook your BBQ food for you. Rubbish bags are provided.

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, napkins are provided.

Are BYO spirits allowed?

Is ice provided onboard?
BYO ice or we can provide at $8/bag (if no drinks or catering service, please BYO ice). recommended 4-5 bags of ice to fill the tub

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes & crew will cook

What cool storage is there onboard?

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
If you wish to jump on board early, load/ decorate/set-up prior to your event you can do so up to 1 hour prior (preferably from Rose Bay) with the option of 3 people to travel with the boat to the pickup location. $150 fee applies. *Subject to availability.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Kayak $50, SUP $50, Inflatables $20, Tender $250 and Lilypad (free).

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
We have AUX outlets and Bluetooth connection to surround sound system.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes we have power 4000kw available. We also have Karaoke for $250.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Upon boarding we will ask you to remove your shoes.

Is swimming allowed?
Yes!!! Please BYO towels - we highly recommend enjoying a swim while on charter however even
if you don’t choose to swim, we recommend bringing a towel just in case! Major Tom has a jumping platform.

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
Many wharfs around the Harbour ask our staff. Manly & Middle Harbour has a $100 travel fee each way
+
Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
Bucks & Hens are fine and entertainment is welcome

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
We can get your drinks on board prior to your cruise for $100 service charge. If you would like to place an order at Dan Murphys in Double Bay send us the receipt of order and payment and we can collect prior to your cruise. Kindly ensure collection details as follows: Ben Price 0418498088

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
