Are there any water toys onboard?
We offer an Aqua Lilypad for free (on request), and two stand-up paddle boards can be hired for $80 per board, per charter. NEW water Pool Pontoon $400; Also Sun Chills $150 (floating net pods) If booked they are non refundable after the event
Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
If the boat and crew are available, we can arrange a time to drop off food, beverage and party supplies prior to your charter. Please note guests are NOT allowed to remain on board at this point
Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted on the rear swim platform at anchor only. Vaping in permitted on the outer decks whilst underway
Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Enigma has a six zone Sonos sounds system. We recommend the client make a Spotify playlist before the charter. Wi-Fi Connection is available.
Can we BYO Food & Drink?
Yes – you can BYO food and drink but BYO charges apply - a $300 BYO food
charge and a $20 per person drink surcharge.
The surcharge covers the cost of one waiting staff who will assist with your food and
beverage requirements. Fees may vary – please contact us for a breakdown for a
full quote.

What cool storage is there onboard?
Enigma has plentiful cold storage including two medium eskies for BYO beverages, a regular domestic size fridge/freezer for food storage, 1 White Wine Fridge, 1 Champagne Fridge, 1 Beer Fridge (fits 3 cases) and 1 Cake Fridge.
Is there a BBQ onboard?
No BBQ, we have an Oven, stove and microwave

Enigma has plenty of seating, sun beds and deck areas for your enjoyment. It has plenty of space for groups to congregate or areas for people to sit down and relax.

Please BYO. We recommend 4-6 bags of ice.
If consumption bar is available, how much do drinks cost?
Yes, you are welcome to buy individual drinks onboard at typical bar prices you would find ashore.

What crew can we expect onboard?
Always a minimum of the Captain plus one crew member. Depending on the group size they will add more crew. (13+ guests 2 crew, or 30+ will be 3 crew members)

Full reverse cycle air conditioning
Is there shelter on the boat and any extra information on this?
Yes, as you will see from the photos Enigma has spacious indoor areas and a rear covered deck.
Is there any heating equipment onboard?
Yes, the air-conditioning can be turned up if needed.
Where can we pickup and dropoff?
There are many pick up and drop off points in Sydney Harbour the most popular is Kings St Wharf but let our staff know your location and we can find the best wharf for you
Where can we go on the cruise?
There are many bays and sights to see around the Harbour. You can speak to the captain on the day if you have a specific spot you want to explore or he can make recommendations depending on the conditions
How long is the cruise?
In peak seasons the minimum cruise is 4 hours. We can accommodate 5-6 hours depending on the event your hosting if you require a longer day. In non peak times we can also look at 3 hour cruises
What should I bring with me?
Personal items like towels, suncream and a jumper depending on the weather are always good. White soled shoes or non-marking shoes are preferred
Are children and babies allowed?
Yes children are allowed and life vests can be provided. Children must be supervised by adults. All children & babies are counted as full guest numbers on board
What happens in poor weather?
If the weather is dangerous for charters the skipper will contact you and offer postponement or rescheduling. Sydney Harbour is a very safe & protected and it is rare for conditions to be called dangerous. Cruises do go ahead in wet weather as shelter and protection is provided on board
What is the security bond for?
Security Bond: This is pre-authorised on a credit card and held by a 3rd party a few working day before your cruise. Funds will only be claimed if there is damage to the boat - which rarely happens but its like an insurance policy for the boat owner on every cruise. Funds are released pending no claims and reappear 2-3 business days later in your account.
Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
