We can arrange pre-access for entertainment if the boat is available prior to your cruise at our marina. Please ask our staff for details. 2-3 guests ONLY for loading supplies at the marina due to H&S regulations. If more than 2 people+Djs etc **they will be turned away** Pre-access Fee $250 NO prior boarding permitted for BYO cruises - if the boat is available we have a $250 fee otherwise. Please note ALL items must be removed at the end of the cruise - no storage is permitted. We have decorations price list if required

MV Pearl is quite spacious as it has 3 levels. On the mid level it can seat 80 - 100 people and on the bottom level can seat up to 40 people.

We can cut up your cake and serve to guests for a fee of $5pp

We supply napkins/serviettes for cake but no plates. You are welcome to BYO.

Wedding/Birthday cake have a service surcharge $5pp if crew are required to cut and serve the cake. If supply their own paper plates and cut themselves there will be no $5pp surcharge.

Yes for a BYO DJ - $250 fee or we can use our resident DJ for a fee ($750). We have a PA on board for speeches only. All BYO DJ MUST BYO all their own gear, we provide a Table, A table cloth and A power point! All equipment must be brought on by the BYO DJ, No speaker Stands required. NO Set Ups on top Decks are permitted, all must be set inside the boat.

No Electric wheel chairs - they are too big to access the boat via the gangway. Manual wheelchairs are okay if the guest is not wheelchair bound as they may need to be assisted to walk up the gangway. All toilets are located downstairs.

Most major ferry wharfs around the harbour are okay for pick up and drop off. Please confirm your preference at the time of booking.

The cruise will go ahead unless the skipper deems the conditions dangerous. There is plenty of sheltered space for all guests.
