Are there any additional limitations on guest numbers or dates permitted for BYO charters?
Max 50 guests. BYO cake policy applies, please discuss upon booking. BYO not available for birthdays under 25 years of age and bucks parties

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Plastic plates and cups provided for catered charters. BYO charters must BYO plates etc.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Spirits with mixers have to be approved by Cruise Director at time of booking. No shots and no premixed/RTDs allowed.

Is ice provided onboard?
Yes we provide 3 bags of ice for catered charters. BYO charters please BYO ice.

Is there a BBQ onboard?
No BBQ on Magic you are required to bring Pre-cooked and prepared food only

Is drinking water included?
Tap drinking water is provided on all cruises

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
BYO Charters: If the you prefer to send beverages down prior to the event, Drinks to be delivered at Elliot St. Wharf Balmain 1 hour prior to the cruise time.

What cool storage is there onboard?
2 large eskies and fridge

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs, allergies, or specific food safety concerns?
We do our best to work with our suppliers to accommodate various dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). However, because our food is sourced externally, we cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment or the complete absence of allergens such as gluten. We encourage you to let us know in advance about any serious allergies or dietary needs so we can liaise with our caterers.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Lilypad $150 water access from the rear platform allows for swimming

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted on the back deck of the Magic only

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes we have a JBL speaker that you can connect via Bluetoot. No Wi-Fi

Can we have a DJ?
Yes, however they will need to get on and off with the guests at the start of the charter (eg at King st wharf). The DJ must bring all of their own equipment. We can also provide a DJ for you for $750.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
No restrictions however tall stilettos are not recommended as you are on a boat prone to rocking

Is swimming allowed?
Access from the rear platform allows swimming

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
Security will be required at $350 each staff member. (Max 50 guests) for 18th - 21st parties. No beverage packages - only cash bar or tab. NO BUCKS or HENS events.

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
No cruises where guests request nudity eg topless waitressing or strippers etc
