Please drink responsibly. No shots permitted. BYO drinks we can help arrange a bottle shop order and pick up getting all drinks on board for you - fee $150. We do have drinks packages also with beer on tap. For post charter alcohol pick ups, fee is $150

General BYO Food Information
BBQ if you want to BYO food or prepared food. We can help serve and display for you. Please bring sufficient food chips and dips arent considered min requirements. Light meal. We also have a wood Fired oven with award winning chef if you prefer to have food catered

What happens in poor weather?
In case of dangerous weather, should the skipper find it unsafe we will cancel the charter.

Are there any additional limitations on guest numbers or dates permitted for BYO charters?
All BYO drinks are served from the bar.
Any additional guests will be charged for the BYO corkage fee

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes. Mixers must be brought along as, no shots allowed.

Is ice provided onboard?
Ice provided

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes large gas BBQ

Is drinking water included?
Yes, our tap water is safe to drink

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
Yes we can arrange for pre-access if the boat is available. Fee $150

What cool storage is there onboard?
Large commercial fridge, mini fridge and large ice buckets

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
There is an outdoor designated smoking area.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
No stilettos or sharp heels. Soft soled preferred

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes you can connect to our sound system for music. There is also a Karaoke machine onboard. Please let us know if you wish to use as it does need to be booked in prior.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes. BYO DJ must bring all their own gear including speakers. With under 80 guests he can set up either floor

Is swimming allowed?
Yes

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
We can pick up / drop off at most wharves on the harbour.

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
Bucks & 18th-21st require 1x security guard @ $300- Max 80 guests.

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?

PLEASE CONTACT US, WHEN BOOKING YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCURATE NUMBER OF CHILDREN UNDER 35KGS. THIS ALLOWS US TO ORGANISE APPROPRIATE SAFETY EQUIPMENT WITHIN 72HRS OF CHARTER

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
