Man O War Steps Wharf - Opera House

The Opera House Wharf is known as the Man O War Steps Wharf.
Please note this wharf is very exposed to the wind and swells from passing boats. For this reason most smaller boats like catamans will not guarantee pick up at this location. However for larger boats they can on a request basis only.
It is a popular choice for the obvious reason of being next to The Opera House and the Opera Bar - great views, everyone knows where to go, and great entertainment nearby.

1. Getting There
Next to the Opera House forecourt. Very clear location but busy with tourists. Single pickup area. Arrive 20 mins early. Note this wharf can only be used by larger boats as it is exposed so can be affected by swells.
2. Parking
Opera House car park underneath (secure but premium pricing). Very handy spot as you pop out right by the Opeha house plus is has lots of spaces.
3. Public Transport
Circular Quay station 5–7 mins walk. Ferries also at Circular Quay.
4. Local Amenities
Loads of restaurants nearby. Bottle shops a short walk toward The Rocks/ behind ferry whards(check prices). Ice available at nearby convenience stores.
5. Loading & Logistics
Stairs involved so not ideal for heavy equipment. Limited vehicle access. Please be ready as boats can’t wait long here.
