The name says it all - State of the Art is one of the most stunning boats of it's size on the Harbour, with it's amazing styling and sophisticated interior.
There are 3 main entertaining areas:
- the main lounge area with polished timber flooring can be set up for formal dining or opened up for a more open and casual cocktail style event.
- the open rear deck offers some shade options over the table and standing areas, leading to the swim platform off the back of the boat.
- the top deck offers more space inside and out with a great view.
This boat is ideal for corporate events and parties wanting a stylish and luxurious venue with top class food and service.
Unlike many charter boats on the harbour, State of the Art is in survey to take up to 12 guests offshore, which can be great for whale watching or overnight trips to Pittwater and beyond.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes, we include a Lilly-pad floating mat on all cruises. Stand up paddleboard can be arranged for $60 each. SPLASH POND by Aquaclub for $200. Tender available on request.

Yes State of the Art has plates, cutlery and cups available for all charters.
What cool storage is there onboard?
State of the Art has a walk in cool room with ice chest and large cool box available on request.
Is there a BBQ onboard?
No BBQ. State of the Art is equipped with a commercial grade kitchen with ovens and cook tops.
Is drinking water included?
Still and sparking water is provided as part of beverage packages. BYO cruises may wish to bring bottled water, but tap water is also suitable for drinking.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
BYO spirits are allowed but please ensure plenty of soft drinks mixers as all drinks must be mixed. For mixing drinks, we recommend hiring a mixologist but if it's only simple mixes, the staff is happy to help.

How spacious is the boat for dining? How many can be seated in one area?
Very spacious inside and out. Lots of areas are available. The dining room is in the main saloon plus there is a table on the back deck. Guests can also enjoy the upstairs area near the captain, plus lounge on the cushions available up the front..
Is ice provided onboard?
Yes, ice is included.
If there is a cake, will you cut it up and serve it?

Yes, your are welcome to hire waiters and waitresses for your party.

Yes, please feel free to bring some decorations which are non-stick on, that might mark the boat.

On short charters in the harbour fishing is not permitted.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes! BHS DJ $900 or BYO DJ for $100 includes hire of 2 x high quality YAMAHA DJ speakers on board and a DJ table. Connection would be XLR. This prevents cables and unnecessary space when DJs BYO and reduced set up time consirably so ready to go. Recommended. Preaccess fees apply for DJ set up. DJ is counted as guest.
Is swimming allowed?
Swimming is allowed from our large swim platform at the rear
Can we charge phones?
Yes, phone charge points are onboard.

What crew can we expect onboard?
You can expect three crew members onboard.
Is there shelter on the boat and any extra information on this?
Excellent levels of shelter onboard both upstairs and downstairs with comfortable couches for guests to enjoy. There is also cover on the back deck. Plus an extra awning over the very back deck can be put up for rain.
Is there any heating equipment onboard?
Yes, the air-conditioning can be used for heating.
Are there any showers onboard available for use?
Yes, there are two showers onboard.
Where can we pickup and dropoff?
We can pick-up and drop-off at a range of locations throughout the Harbour. Popular choices include King Street Wharf (Darling Harbour), Pirrama Park, Rose Bay, Woolloomooloo, Balmain, Drummoyne and Woolwich. Manly and Middle Harbour travel surcharge (on application only and subject to approval): $200 for each pick-up drop-off in Manly / Middle Harbour. North shore and Northern Beaches residents can avoid the travel surcharge by using Mosman Bay wharf.
What happens in poor weather?
Cruises do go ahead if conditions are wet. If deamed dangerous - usually high winds - the skipper will make the judgement to postpone the cruise
